BenAustinRealty.com was founded by Benjamin Cohen in order to help Austin buyers and sellers get a better realty experience. Ben started in the industry in 2001 working in home finance, eventually becoming vice president of branch operations and a corporate trainer of over 300 loan officers and 100 real estate agents. He was featured in Broker-Agent magazine back in 2004, around the time he founded InvestRealEstate.com, which offered services to real estate investors via the web, tv and radio.

After living and investing in Austin for over a decade, Ben set his sights on Hill Country in 2020 and transformed a dusty home on 8 raw acres into a literal country paradise called the Jonestown Skyhouse & Disc Golf Course at the time. Ben built an incredible 320sf elevated Tiny Home on the property as well as an 18-hole Par 3 Disc Golf Course from scratch. Eventually he turned the entire property into a highly-rated AirBnb before moving back to Austin’s Brushy Creek area where he currently resides.

Today Ben works as an active licensed agent in the great state of Texas where he operates both the Ben Austin and HillCountryHomes.com Realty Groups while raising kids and playing golf and saxophone in his free time. Between his extensive real estate background, experience and knack for discovering undervalued hidden gem properties, Ben has the necessary tools, insights and connections to turn your Texas home buying and selling goals into a reality.
